Renovation work was completed in a 600 sq. ft. condo, upgrading both the flooring and staircase finishes. The scope included removing the existing parquet and ceramic surfaces, followed by the installation of a new vinyl floor for a refreshed, modern look. The wooden staircase steps were also restored through sanding and varnishing, improving durability and giving the stairs a clean, polished finish.
